The GCHF is proud to sponsor events and organizations that promote health within the Grayson County community and help our organization meet its mission.
To make a request for sponsorship, please fill out the Sponsorship Request Form HERE and submit it at least 60 days prior to the date sponsorship funds are needed. Sponsorship Request Forms may be submitted via:

Youth Sports Fund of Grayson County Scholarship Application
The Youth Sports Fund of Grayson County encourages and supports youth participation in recreational sports and making these opportunities available to any player, regardless of their financial situation. The Youth Sports Fund of Grayson County offers scholarships for families who need financial assistance for children to play sports. This fund is offered through a partnership between Central Kentucky Community Foundation, Grayson County Healthcare Foundation, and Grayson County Moose Lodge. Application deadlines are listed on the form.
